After calling off of their divorce in 2009, Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane are splitting up again.
The "Medium" actress and "Hung" actor have opted to get a divorce, Jane's rep tells People.com.
"The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter," the rep says. "They ask that their privacy be respected at this time."
Arquette, 42, and Jane, 41, married in May 2006. They have a 7-year-old daughter named Harlow.
