At the Yacht Club, Tad told Damon he was lining up another tutor for his GED, given that Damon and Colby were more likely to be studying each other. Damon didn't much care about the GED, and told Tad he wants to stop taking his meds. Tad thought that was a very bad idea and they went a few rounds. Then, they bantered about dating and relationships.


At the Chandler manse, mystery guy Asher lurked outside the patio doors and watched Colby. Then he followed her to the park, pretending to look for his lost dog so he could hit on her. Colby explained she was awaiting her boyfriend for a picnic and Asher left. Then, Damon showed up and Colby told him she was thinking of going back to school. Their cute little date was soon ruined by a very loud leafblower, and they switched to the rooftop of Chandler. Damon announced his love to all of Pine Valley and then went to get Colby's sweater from the car. Elsewhere, Tad and Opal talked about how you never stop worrying about your kids. Up on the roof, Colby attempted her own screaming "I love you!" and nearly fell off the roof...but Asher grabbed her arm and saved her!

Scott called Annie out on running to JR, and she insisted she'd gone to JR because of him and their future. "What did you do, exactly, to convince JR to back off?" Scott asked, pointedly. Annie explained how she'd talked JR into keeping quiet about the nanotech stuff, and Scott told her Marissa had spied her "intimate moment." Annie told him nothing had happened: the "intensity" Marissa had seen was Annie trying to convince JR to cover for Scott. At B.J's-now-Krystal's, Marissa unloaded to Krystal about seeing JR and Annie together...and bedding Scott. On cue, JR walked in! Krystal left them alone to talk. Marissa got all snippy when JR brought up her being a no-show at the cottage, and she confronted him about Annie. JR insisted he loves her and that nothing happened with Annie. Outside, Krystal ran into Caleb, who wanted her to cater a business meeting. Krystal noted he needed more than catering: He needs a new look. Back at Chez Chandler, Scott realized how wrong he and Marissa had been. Cue the guilt! At Krystal's, JR continued to defend himself. Guilt-ridden Marissa suggested she and JR had to move on from each other. Elsewhere, Krystal and Caleb grew closer, as she opened up about Babe's death, and then Krystal commenced with the makeover. When a shaved and suited Caleb emerged, Krystal admired her handiwork. Marissa got a call from Scott and rushed off to the mansion, just as Tad walked into the restaurant. A choked up JR explained his marital predicament to his stepdad...and Annie came in. Tad sat them both down and called them "a walking disaster area," reminding them they have kids to worry about. Alone, JR told Annie the four of them needed to hash things out. At the mansion, Scott told Marissa that Annie and JR didn't sleep together. Marissa wanted to get everything out in the open...and tell Annie and JR that they did sleep together. As they continued to wring their hands over their ill-advised romp, JR and Annie arrived.
