At the hospital, Nikolas and Kelly tried to keep an in-labor Elizabeth calm. Lucky peered through the window of the room and watched. Nik held Liz's hand as she gave birth. Maxie found Lucky and stated that she knew he couldn't stay away. He asked Maxie to butt out. Later, Liz gave birth to a baby boy. Kelly handed him over to the happy parents. Liz asked Nikolas if he had any ideas for a name. They decided on Aidan Cassadine. She joked how Spencer had wanted to call the baby "Buzz Lightyear." Nikolas held the baby and promised to be a good father. Later, Shirley came by to meet the baby and called him a "heartbreaker." They let her hold the tot and shared that his nickname is Buzz.


At the pool, Keifer's father reamed out Kristina and Alexis and accused Kris of lying about Kiefer's abuse. Sonny told him to back off and called Kiefer an animal for hurting Kristina. He then accused Kiefer's dad of having hit Kiefer. He denied ever hitting him, but Sonny didn't believe it and said that he felt bad for Kiefer. Sonny warned that he'd better leave before things got ugly. Kristina bolted and Molly followed her. Alexis asked Sonny not to "help" their daughter by going after Kiefer's dad. Later, Kristina asked Sonny if he really felt sorry for Kiefer. He explained that he can understand where Kiefer's rage came from. Kris acknowledged that though Kiefer did awful things, he wasn't a horrible person. "Neither am I," Sonny reasoned.
Spinelli trashed Dante and Lulu defended her boyfriend. Spin believed that Dante was responsible for Jason's arrest, but Dante insisted that Ronnie had gone behind his back. Claire arrived and Dante told her what had happened. Dante implored her to get Jason out of prison because he needed Jason's help in finding Franco.... In jail, Jason asked to speak with the warden, but the guard refused.... Spin continued to rail against Dante, but Sam didn't believe that he set up Jason. Dante planned to search for Franco, but Lulu didn't like the idea of him going out on his own. He promised that he'd return to her.
Franco watched a tape of himself fighting with Jason and smiled.... Claire visited Jason in jail and chastised him for hiding a gun and getting himself arrested. Jason showed her the photo of steps that he believed was a clue to Franco's whereabouts. She wondered if she should get Jason released and he insisted that they needed his help. Claire got him out of prison. Spin, Dante and Sam were happy to see him out. Jason showed Spinelli the picture of the steps.
Jax and Carly returned to Metro Court after having a great day sailing with the kids. He invited her to join him on the roof to watch the sunset. She agreed. Skye interrupted and asked for help in accessing Lorenzo's accounts. Jax replied that he'd do it later, but Carly told him that he could help Skye right then and left. Skye feigned an apology. Jax followed Carly and asked what was going on. Carly replied that when she spied Michael's ankle monitor, it made her realize what their family had been through. Jax wanted to get past it so they could be a family again. Later, Jax met with Skye to help her get the money.
Maxie went home and tried to drown her problems in ice cream. Soon, Lucky stopped by and apologized for being cold to her earlier. He told her that she was right about not entirely being over Liz. He then gave Maxie a peace offering: sugar cookies. Lucky didn't think that they should get involved, but wanted to remain friends.... Kelly allowed Aidan to stay in the hospital with Liz and Nik that night. Franco watched more footage of Jason, noting that it would "get the point across.".... Jason and Dante traveled to see if they could corner Franco.
