At Crimson Lights, Sharon picked up Faith's baby blanket, which she'd left behind.... Phyllis spied Nick kissing a blonde, whom she assumed was Sharon, at Jimmy's. She left before she could see that it was Christine and went to the coffeehouse. She was surprised to see Sharon and Faith there. They discussed Adam's suit and Sharon admitted that she wasn't named in it. Sharon told Phyllis that she's grateful to her rival for helping her get Faith back. Phyllis coyly suggested that Sharon call Nick.... At Jimmy's, Nick and Chris's kissing was cut short when he got a call from Summer's babysitter. Before he left to be with his daughter, he and Christine agreed to pretend that their makeout session hadn't happened.
In the trailer, Billy and Victoria continued to kiss after enjoying their sexy shower. Victoria got a call from the Newman Enterprise secretary, asking her to meet Victor. Billy joked about her running when Daddy calls and she got annoyed. As she left, Jack arrived and scoffed about Billy not working things out with Victoria. He warned that a Newman and Abbott together would never work, but Billy noted that he and Victoria were still together. Jack still didn't think it was a good idea for them to see each other and urged Billy to break up with her until the lawsuit was settled. Billy refused.
Victoria met with Victor at his office and he warned her that the FCC might target her for legal action in regards to her giving a gift to the Japanese official. She implored him to get her out of this trouble and reminded him that he was the one who told her to give the official the gun. Victor replied that Tucker isn't going to make this go away, and she accused her father of sacrificing her. He wanted her to do "less significant" jobs at Newman. She was furious with him for demoting her, but he noted that she should've been more discreet with her actions. Victor then blamed Billy for everything and said that he wouldn't tolerate her being with the younger Abbott. He gave her an ultimatum: choose him or Billy and she chose Billy. She later packed up her belongings and handed Victor her letter of resignation. "You walk out this door and you will not come back," he warned her. "I wasn't planning to," she answered.
Nina went to Heather's office looking for Chance, but he wasn't there. Paul arrived, also to see Heather, and Nina was all set to leave. Paul insisted that she stay and explained that he wanted more information in order to find Nina's son. Nina thanked him for helping her. Heather went online to look up Aiden

Nick was greeted by a happy Summer, but Phyllis was cool toward him. She let him know that she saw him kissing a "blonde bimbo" at the bar. Still, she suggested that Summer spend the night with Nick. When Summer went upstairs to pack her things, Nick insisted that they discuss Jimmy's. Phyllis pretended to not care and left. Nick then got a call from Sharon, who asked if he could help their teething baby calm down. He agreed to meet them at the coffeehouse. Meanwhile, Jack ran into Sharon and explained that he was there to meet with a lawyer about Adam's suit. He vowed to not let Adam get one dime.... Phyllis called Jack and asked if he'd meet her at Gloworm. He promised to get there as soon as he could.... Nick and Summer joined Sharon and she told him about her encounter with Phyllis. He admitted that he's had "a hell of an evening." Summer leaned over and spread whipped cream over Faith's nose, making them laugh. Sharon then suggested that the little girl turn Nick into a milkshake and Summer dabbed some whipped cream on his face.
Phyllis asked the bartender at Gloworm for a drink; when he turned around, she saw that it was Deacon. He prepared her beverage, but Phyllis didn't trust him enough to drink it. He apologized for framing Daniel for murder, but reminded her that he'd helped fix her car tire — and then some. Deacon offered her another drink, but she said that one was enough. She took a sip and complimented his drink-making skills. "I do a lot of things well," he whispered, leaning in close. He grabbed her and they kissed — and she slapped him.
Victoria returned to Billy's and announced that she quit Newman. Billy was thrilled and got out some beers to celebrate. "To a life without Victor Newman!" she toasted, vowing to start with a clean slate. She refused to ever return to the Newman Ranch and planned to find a new place to live. Billy invited her to move in. Victoria accepted. He suggested that they get a new place together, but she was all set to live in the trailer.
Paul ran into Christine at the coffeehouse and asked if she was going to leave without saying good-bye. She admitted that she was, but invited him and Nina to D.C. They embraced and she left.... Heather complained to Ronan that Owen might fire or arrest her. Ronan assured her that he had everything covered, but she didn't trust him. "All you need to know is, I'm going to take care of everything," he promised.
Jack went to Newman and informed Victor that he's having his lawyer separate the lawsuit into two cases: one for the Abbotts and one for the Newmans. Victor blamed Jack for roping Adam into forging the diary; Jack blamed Victor for bringing Patty to town and for Adam gaslighting Ashley. Jack then taunted Victor about Victoria siding with Billy. Victor warned that if he wants something destroyed, it will be. Jack demanded that Vic stay away from Billy. After, Victor made a call asking someone to find out everything on Billy, including every little dirty secret.
