ONE LIFE TO LIVE RECAPS

When David charged Dorian with lying about her new boyfriend, Clint planted a steamy kiss on Dorian to prove him wrong. David was sufficiently disturbed by the turn of events, and Dorian was clearly satisfied. David promptly summoned Wendy to Llanfair but was disappointed to find Mandy was filling in for her. He instructed her to play the role of a swimsuit model. Meanwhile, Clint explained to Dorian that he needs something from her: a winning big to construct the new baseball park. The unscrupulous mayor agreed, as long as Clint plays along with her plan. David returned with Mandy, the new "love of his life", but Dorian wasn't convinced, so David suggested they all go on a double date.

After Cole's hearing, Téa and Danielle went to Todd's to find out where all their belongings went. Todd had taken it upon himself to move them out of the Palace and into his house, and informed Téa that they're getting married that night. Meanwhile, Eli begged Blair to elope and explained that Téa's situation has only taught him that time is precious. Jack overheard Eli going on and on about how they have to get married right away and flashed back to a movie he saw on the Slasher Channel with Todd about a murderous stepfather. Blair agreed to marry Eli in Vegas, so Jack headed straight for Todd's.

Hannah was relieved to see Ford show up at St. Ann's, but he explained that he's only there to tell her to back off. She begged him to help her, claiming that Eli will kill her. She suggested they team up to bring him down before he hurts anyone else. Ford explained that he has to protect his family and can't get involved, but that he does have a little piece of insurance — a letter detailing everything that Eli's done should something happen to him — and urged her to follow suit. As soon as he was gone, Hannah began writing a letter about Eli.

At Rodi's, Kelly surmised that John had a hunch about Bennett Thompson and pleaded with him to spill, but he wouldn't say a word. Cole and Starr arrived and announced that Cole's a free man, thanks to Todd. Starr and Kelly ran off to catch up on the day, while Cole confided to John that he's not sure Hannah pushed Marty. Back at his office, John called Glen Carlin, the guy from the Boston Hall of Records, and questioned him about the guy who posed as Rex. John asked the new receptionist, Rita, to fax a photo to the hall of records. "Isn't that —" the girl began, piquing an eavesdropping Kelly's curiosity. Kelly intervened with an excuse about one of Rita's co-workers needing help and saw the photo of Eli on her desk. John sighed as he saw Kelly standing there with the fax. "Does Eli know who killed my mother?" she asked him. John pulled her into his office and when her questions went unanswered, she realized that John thinks Eli is Bennett. Meanwhile, Glen received the fax and promptly called John.

After agreeing to marry Todd right away, Téa suggested that they call Starr first and explain why they're getting married so fast. Shortly after they told Starr, who was very sad to hear about Téa, Jack walked in and asked if they were all crying because Blair's eloping. He then privately revealed to Todd that he has a really bad feeling about Eli, just like the guy in Bad Dad 2. Todd brushed off his son's concerns and asked Jack to get changed and come back ASAP for his wedding to Téa. Eli left his fiancée to go "tie up some loose ends" before their big day, while Jack rushed home to beg Blair not to elope with Eli. At St. Ann's, Hannah heard someone enter her room and assumed it was one of the nuns. She handed the letter over, putting it right in Eli's hands. "Writing that letter was the last mistake you'll ever make," he said, pulling a gun on her.
