Both parties met with the judge briefly in chambers. Los Angeles Superior Court Public Information Officer Allan Parachini tells that the next hearing date on the matter has been set for August 25 at 9 a.m. to discuss Lohan's treatment status, although the star will not be present.
Lohan, who was sentenced to 90 days in rehab after her release from jail, is currently being treated at a rehabilitation facility.
