Duggars Say They're Ready to Consider Baby No. 20

After their 19th child was born almost three months prematurely and spent the first six months of her life in the hospital, reality TV mom and dad Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar say they are ready to consider baby No. 20.

The "19 Kids and Counting" stars tell People magazine that despite Michelle, 43, suffering from pre-eclampsia (which can be fatal for both mother and child) in her last pregnancy with daughter Josie, they are open to getting pregnant again.
"People think we are overpopulating the world," Jim Bob explained to People. "We are following our convictions."
"Our family is stronger than ever," Jim Bob told the publication. "We made it through the storm."
Life for baby Josie, who suffered from a perforated bowel at eight days old, has been a challenge. Michelle confessed to People, "When she first came home, I couldn't sleep at all. That was the scariest part for me, having the full responsibility of her care on my shoulders ... It was intimidating."
