Among Nordegren's requests in the petition, she asks that her maiden name, Elin Maria Pernilla Nordegren, to be restored, and for "the dissolution of the parties' marriage."
She also requests a parenting plan. According to documents, both Nordegren and Woods completed four-hour parenting class programs.
The two were married on October 5, 2004, and their divorce was finalized today, August 23. Woods and Nordegren have two children: Sam Alexis, 3, and Charlie Axel, 1.
