ALL MY CHILDREN RECAPS

While Miranda was chatting up Caleb, Bianca read a Twitter post from Erica about how her vacation with Jackson was going. "A tweet," Caleb harumphed. Bianca asked how Caleb knows her grandma, and he explained that Erica fell out of the sky onto his house. He pretended not to have any interest in seeing Erica's Twitpics and excused himself to look over some paperwork. When Bianca explained to the technophobe what a Tweet is, Caleb remarked that she's a smart little girl. "I like you, too," Bianca smiled.



While JR was trying to comfort Marissa after she flaked on her bar exam, Annie interrupted to request a moment alone with Marissa. She apologized for what happened with JR and begged her to put the past behind them, pointing out that she's moving on with Scott but is still going to be a Chandler. Scott, meanwhile, barged in on a work powwow between Caleb and Bianca to broker a peace offering between the Cortlandt and Chandler families over dinner. Caleb was unimpressed, but didn't exactly turn him down.

After sharing the news of Angie's pregnancy with Jesse and Amanda, Jake privately assured a concerned Angie that everything would be all right, then headed out to dinner with Amanda. Jesse excitedly starting coming up with baby names, but Angie's face betrayed her anxiety. Jesse asked what it is that's bothering her so much and assumed it was work-related. Angie braced herself as she prepared to tell him about her virus, but Trevor's crying interrupted the moment. While Jesse was out of the room, she glanced at something across the room that only resembled a white light. As she watched Jesse hold the child, her eyesight became severely compromised and she was forced to tell him that she can't see. While Amanda and Jake dined at Krystal's, she could tell that something was troubling him about Angie's condition. Without giving away details, Jake explained that Angie may not be able to carry the baby to term.

After failing to win Marissa over, Annie went to the country club to meet her wedding planner, who ended up not showing. Just as she was looking over her divorce papers, JR stopped by her table on his way to a business meeting. Annie showed him the papers, announcing that she and his father are officially divorced. She ran down her list of failed marriages and admitted that it was the security that she loved so much about her marriage to Adam. JR asked what Annie's getting out of her marriage to Scott. He loves her for who she is, Annie declared. Just then, she received the call she'd been waiting for. It was Adam, who berated her for even trying to contact him. JR grabbed the phone away and jumped to her defense, which only made his father hang up. Meanwhile, Scott tried to make Marissa see that Annie's intentions toward her were sincere.
