NFL Hall of famer and former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Lawrence Taylor has been placed under arrest while police investigate a rape that occurred early this morning.
The Ramapo Police Department tells ET that the crime took place at the Holidome Hotel in Montebello, New York. Formal charges will be filed upon the completion of their investigation.
The former football player was a contestant in season eight of "DWTS," dancing with pro partner Edyta Sliwinska.
