Levi Johnston Joins Kathy Griffin on 'My Life on the D-List'
It is old news that Levi Johnston was Kathy Griffin's date for the Teen Choice Awards, but now he is guesting on "My Life on the D-List" and the two make a visit to Sarah Palin's house!
"Levi and I went to Sarah Palin's house and knocked on the door," Kathy reports. What she doesn't say is whether or not anyone answered!
The two met when Kathy cold-called Levi. She considers it a stroke of genius, saying, "I was nominated for two Teen Choice Awards, which is ridiculous at the age of 49. I thought, alright, if I go to the Teen Choice Awards, nobody is going to be looking at me. They are going to be looking at the 'High School Musical' kids, or the 'Twilight' kids; I need the ideal teen date. I called Levi in the 'Silla [Wasilla, Alaska] and we went."
Kathy says what she likes about Levi is "he is fearless and that even under tremendous pressure from the RNC [Republican National Committee] as well as the Palin family, he has never changed his story."
In other reality TV news, Kathy comments on this season of "American Idol" and "Dancing with the Stars."
She jokes about the loss of Paula Abdul on "American Idol," saying: "I do miss Paula. I think it is unfortunate that Ellen has her head held up all the time and doesn't have a bucket of Klonopin next to her and doesn't seem disoriented. That I miss as a viewer."
Kathy is also sorry that Kate Gosselin is no longer on "Dancing with the Stars": "She was like a linebacker at the Super Bowl. I loved all those dance moves, if you want to call them dance moves. And her facial expressions only mirrored her dance moves. I am sorry she is off the show. As a viewer, I loved watching her. She was rolling her eyes, crying and cursing. That is what makes it interesting for me."
"Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List" premieres its sixth season on June 15 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
